This video is a mashup of a modified Space X promotional video released on September 27, 2016, and Boricua band Oruga, with the song titled “Fanatic,” from their 2002 album Doble Hélice Alfa. It is dedicated to Elon Musk’s technopornographic vision for Mars colonization. I edited the video on iMovie and applied the sci-fi filter for effect, extracted the original synthwave audio, and replaced it with Oruga’s sound with the intention of queering Musk’s hope.
