The requirement is for a pyrolytic double-chamber incinerator. The incinerator shall be capable of using diesel
fuel as a supplemental fuel oil.
It should incorporate an Air Pollution Control (APC) System suitable for basic emission control.
The proposed incinerators shall be appropriate for critical harsh environmental conditions, suitable for rapid
deployment, and different climate zones (e.g. desert, tropical country, mountain, etc.) in which there are several
variations of the relative natural forces (e.g. temperature, humidity, wind, etc.) for a minimum period of 10 years
if the specified maintenance schedule is followed.
The incinerators should be supplied assembled, whenever possible, and all parts and components should be
packaged on pallets in order to be transported via road, air (via helicopters or air-cargoes, e.g. MI8 or C130)
and via sea in a 20’ ISO sea shipping containers.
