Last November in 2012 the Gaza strip was once again caught up in an offensive with the Israeli Defence Force. Trouble sparked between the Palestinian group Hamas and the Israeli government after the assassination of Ahmed al-Jaabari, the military commander of Hamas in Gaza.
Many homes and lives were destroyed and the women of Gaza were left to pick up the pieces. Help is provided by a number of charities. One of these being Care International who have developed a number of projects to assist those who have lost everything. This photo film is a short over view of the impact on the lives of those women caught in the middle of a complicated conflict.
